Since joining our team in 2016, Shannon has played a pivotal role in the transformative journey of our practice. From its roots as a solo-practitioner endeavor, Shannon has been instrumental in steering our ship toward becoming a thriving multi-therapist practice, expanding our capacity to assist more individuals on their journey to wellness.

Collaborating closely with our Clinician-Founder, Ma’ayan Greenbaum PsyD, and drawing on the expertise of seasoned practitioners, we are dedicated to bringing our shared vision to life. Our goal is to create lasting positive change for individuals, couples, and their families, contributing to a more resilient and interconnected society.

With a diverse background encompassing operations, finance, and planning, Shannon leads with a focus on enhancing organizational efficiencies. She creates an environment that fosters collaboration, professional development, and personal growth for all of our team members.

In her free time, Shannon finds joy in nature with her two golden retrievers, Zoe and Luna, and her husband, Alex. Whether it's a hike or a playful day at the dog park, she cherishes this time to recharge and discover inspiration.
As our COO, Shannon is dedicated to ensuring the seamless functioning of our practice, allowing our therapists to focus wholeheartedly on guiding you through your personal journey.
